I also worked broadly on whole of government issues in Western Sydney.My role also included parliamentary liaison - linking the Minister's office with other members of parliament, liaising closely with the department and managing parliamentary items such as legislation and questions on notice.Developed strong skills in issues and crisis management, stakeholder liaison and in providing media support. I also developed a sound understanding of the Government decision making process and parliamentary procedures.
