Netology is one of the leaders (among the top 3) on the Russian market of additional professional education. In Netology there are 1000 students in marketing, programming, design, data-science and other fields. Due to the company's growth, a group of infrastructure projects was created. It included all of the company's major global projects. My achievements:- Financial reporting according to IFRS, transition from cache accounting. Elaborated the principle of revenues and expenditures accounting upon provision of services. Identified triggers that affect accounting (returns, changes in the product or within the order, operator errors). The project is still in progress and the revenue segment has been implemented so far. The revenue reconciliation error has dropped over the course of the project from NDA% to NDA% for the amount and from NDA% to NDA% for the number of transactions with discrepancies. In the expert expenses segment, we switched the billing to the event-based architecture, which, among other things, made it easy to find errors in charges and services for which the expert has not yet been paid.

Learning Management System (LMS) is a complex product that serves several large user segments: students, experts, coordinators, customer service, and operations management. Recent projects that have been implemented under my supervision:
- Ticket System. Covers 4 support segments: customer service, sales, training, and experts. Has a flexible ticket routing system, automatically delivering 95% of all tickets to the right operator. Provides all information about a customer at once on the ticket-screen, which reduces customer requests for information and time spent searching for information. Has automatic means of processing tickets without operator's participation. Average wait time for operator response from NDA minutes before implementation has decreased to NDA minutes after 3 months. Ticket closing time from NDA days to NDA hours.- Expert Cabinet. Webinar schedule, work solutions for review, student questions on course materials, student feedback. Waiting time for homework review reduced from NDA days to NDA days.- Questions about course materials. Students can ask questions about any of the course materials (contextually) and get answers from other students, supervisors, and experts. NDA thousand questions from NDA thousand students asked in 6 months. NDA% of questions have been answered. Student engagement increased by NDA percentage points.- Notes on course materials, private and public. Help increase the granularity of course materials and personalize navigation through them (navigate to the right piece of video, piece of text, slide in a presentation, additional file). Started from scratch and developed a new educational direction in the company. At the time of the start there was one product with a monthly turnover of NDA thousand rubles. At the moment of leaving there were 16 products and NDA turnover of millions of rubles. I was engaged in everything - from creation and launch of educational programs, organizing and optimization of all processes, up to the strategy of entering the market, increase of awareness that Netology is not only about marketing and design. Now this direction is the second in the company in terms of revenues and number of students. My successes during my work:- Developed and brought to market 11 educational professional development products with a duration of 3 months. These programs were also combined into five comprehensive products of professional retraining with a duration of 9 months.- Introduced modular system of education, which allowed for significant reductions in training costs. Large programs are composed of self-sufficient components (modules). This approach to building products is now the main one in the company.- Tested and implemented the approach with free mini-courses and tripwires, to attract customers. It is now the number one item at the launch of any new product in the company.- Developed an approach that allows you to create a better quality courses. After that I created a teaching department within the company, which controls the process of creating and updating courses, as well as their quality and support processes. At the beginning I managed this department myself. Implemented metrics CoR (complition rate), and during the work CoR has grown from NDA to NDA.

Kuvalda.ru is one of the market leaders in e-commerce in the DIY segment.
I provided growth to the online store by focusing on processes and operations with a minimal team. My successes:- Launching an automatic "invoicing" feature to email for orders placed over the phone has significantly increased monthly revenue, as the b2b sales segment represents more than half of it. - An acquiring scheme with amount preauthorization was implemented. The money is automatically deducted when shipping in 1C. Reserve money on the customer's account is also removed automatically when order is canceled. Refunds by card are made automatically by one button in the order. All reconciliations and reports are automated.- Two employees are processing more than 300 customer and sales managers requests for delivery dates per day after reworking the interface in 1C. Instead of chats and internal calls, the request is sent from the order to 1C, and comes directly to the buyer manager, before this processed no more than 100, due to the fact that they had to contact the same supplier several times, and often processed the same request at the same time.- The customer asks questions about his order in a private office on the site and the manager responded in 5 minutes from 1C. In the last month we have received more than 1,000 messages, although we have not even announced such a possibility. It is still in testing.
