CurrentNetology is one of the leaders (among the top 3) on the Russian market of additional professional education. In Netology there are 1000 students in marketing, programming, design, data-science and other fields. Due to the company's growth, a group of infrastructure projects was created. It included all of the company's major global projects. My achievements:- Financial reporting according to IFRS, transition from cache accounting. Elaborated the principle of revenues and expenditures accounting upon provision of services. Identified triggers that affect accounting (returns, changes in the product or within the order, operator errors). The project is still in progress and the revenue segment has been implemented so far. The revenue reconciliation error has dropped over the course of the project from NDA% to NDA% for the amount and from NDA% to NDA% for the number of transactions with discrepancies. In the expert expenses segment, we switched the billing to the event-based architecture, which, among other things, made it easy to find errors in charges and services for which the expert has not yet been paid.
