I undertook my solicitor’s two-year training contract in Gibraltar’s largest and leading law firm. Once qualified, I specialised in corporate and commercial law. I primarily advised large US and European multi-nationals on a variety of international and transactional matters. These included, but were not limited to, corporate restructuring, equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and the setting up and organisation of tax-friendly corporate structures.
