Tenho interesse e paixão pela indústria hoteleira, especialmente pela área de atendimento personalizado.Desde novembro de 2021, trabalho como rececionista principal no hotel, LISOTEL - hotel & spa, um dos melhores hotéis da região de Leiria. Nesta função, sou responsável por receber, orientar e satisfazer as necessidades dos hóspedes, bem como, por coordenar e organizar as reservas, processo de check-ins e os check-outs, gerir reclamações e providenciar soluções. Dar auxílio nos diversos departamentos, e realizar tarefas de chefe de receção na ausência da mesma. Além disso, domino quatro idiomas: português, espanhol, inglês e francês, o que me permite comunicar com eficiência com os clientes em diferentes nacionalidades.
