Prior to my joining the firm W.P. Carey had an extended period of time out of the market. My task was to re-design and re-launch the business. I was therefore the principal responsible for structuring Carey Financial and the launch of all W.P. Carey Non-Traded REIT's. My responsibilities included: filing; due diligence; compliance; budgeting; hiring and training internal and external wholesalers; the development of all sales materials and the procurement of key selling agreements.

Responsible for building the distribution team for the Hines REIT. Responsibilities included: territory structure; budgeting; compliance; hiring and training the wholesaling team and the procurement and management of selling agreements.

Responsibilities included: the filing and launch of ATEL limited partnership and Private Placement offerings; due diligence; compliance; investor relations; sales material design; territory planning; budgeting and hiring and training internal and external wholesalers.

Responsible for the creation of the "Smart Solutions" brand and marketing Aetna mutual funds; variable annuities; 401(k) plans; fixed annuities and immediate annuities through all sales channels (bank, independent broker dealer, wire-house, RIA).
