As the accounts manager of an eminent organisation which is involve to manufacturing leather shoes under the world-famous brand name - Hush Puppies, Scholl, Pavers, Bata, Florsheim and many more, I have to manage all the Financial Matters of 2 private limited companies, 1 LLP, 1 HUF and 5 individual files, which includes:● Preparation and verification of all the day to day accounting transactions like purchase, sales, income & expenses, accounting adjustments, debtors & creditors scrutiny, trial balance scrutiny, monthly books of account closing, salary, wages and directors’ remuneration calculation, creditor payment planning, scheduled AMCs and other payments tracking etc.● Preparation of MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis on vendor paybles, accounts receivables, monthly balance sheet, monthly profit and loss trend analysis, daily cash flow analysis, monthly working capital management, monthly budgeting, duty drawback statements, monthly stock report and other financial reports as and when required.● Reconciliation statements of TDS, GST, PF, ESI on monthly and cash & bank reconciliation on daily basis. Internal Auditing and controlling of books of accounts on monthly basis and reporting directly to the CEO and MD on scheduled time.● Calculation, preparation and filing of TDS Return, GST Return, ITC-04, P.F ECR, ESI and Professional Tax Returns, Income Tax Return (ITR), advance tax etc.● Finalisation of books of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, Notes on accounts, Depreciation calculation, Tax Audit Report, 3CA/ 3CB & 3CD.● Statutory filings to ROC - MSME-1, DIR-3, preparation of Annual return - AOC-4, MGT-7, CHG-1, ADT-1, Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings etc.● Other statutory responsibility like Social Audit, Fire licence, Factory licence, PF Inspection, Trade licence, property tax, Pollution, Labour contractor (WBLC) filing and amendments, LEI Renewal, Factory, fire & Burglary insurance etc.● Govt. Department experience like Central Excise & Service Tax Audit, GST Audit, GST & VAT Refund etc.● Experience in Import and export- Knowledge of Import and export documentation, Foreign payment and receipt settlement, foreign exchange management, filing of form 15CA, Form A2, FEMA Declaration, Bill of Exchange (BOE), filing of LUT, duty drawback etc.
