Currently working on a overhaul of our TDM/IP Gateway network. Project involves vendor bake-off/negotiation, design and deployment. Expected to be completed end of 2012.Completed major network engineering redesign of our facility in the APAC region; Converting from legacy TDM network to NextGen IP networks.Completed a migration off Nortel legacy PBX to a next generation IPPBX. Total seats involved in migration > 1500 over 4 different sites.

Working on a migration from a Nortel 900+ seat to an Asterisk based IPpbx with annual cost savings over 150,000. Now focusing on UK, ISrael and HK migrations. Engineered and completed a redesign of our HK IP network from legacy SONET to MPLS over IP. Annual cost savings over 200K

Worked with multiple groups including marketing, E&O and development to build a Network Quality Program (NQP). This program was designed for us to capture the MOS value for all calls on the netowrk, analyze the data, and make recommendations to the engineering and development teams on where to improve the network and reduce customer churn.

Responsible for the engineering (VOICE and DATA) and upkeep (IT and NOC) for the IDT/N2P VOIP network. Had a group of over 50 people in 5 groups (Voice Engineering, IT/Systems, NOC and Provisioning).

Was responsible for the deployment of VOIP Gateways across the entire network as well as managed a staff of 10 people to deploy and maintain the gateways as well as the N2P platform (call routing, processing etc...).Cisco/NuEra/Lucnent/Sonus GW's were used.Extensive knowledge in SIP and H.323
