As Project Manager I am responsible for managing concurrent software development and infrastructure projects from funding to close. My primary responsibilities were tracking project budgeting and funding, schedule creation and tracking, resource allocation, vendor management, stakeholder reporting, and risk management.

I have been able to introduce new requirements documentation and testing strategies each season, which have successfully increased the quality and decreased the time of our deployments. • Deployment of software that allowed them to merge the Finances of three separate companies into a single source Finance System.• Lead a cross functional team in the design and deployment of a custom Item Master Data System • Implemented new procedures and agile practices while managing our integration team that allowed for zero deployment rollbacks last year. • Cteated custom product quality database with web based user interfaces to capture for reporting and analysis.• Integrated purchase orders and inventory transactions from the companies Warehouse Management System to its Financial System. • Lead the cross functional installation and successful deployment of a new Laser etching system and product line.• Implemented and ran a product backlog process for submitting and prioritizing enhancement requests for the business’s Financial Management System.• Managed a multi-million dollar cross functional project to integrate Exact Target email management with the company’s point of sale system in order to bring the company into United States email compliance, while allowing for new features and functionality for our customers.

Project Manager for a highly successful material handling systems integrator working on large-scale material handling projects. Implementations included a combination of mechanical, electrical, and software. Responsibilities included project scheduling, cash flow analysis, budgeting, reporting, procurement, resource management, risk mitigation, customer and supplier relations, and planning / executing commissioning and acceptance testing. Administrative duties included reviewing and approving both accounts payable and receivable invoices and tracking invoicing milestones, and estimating projects and change orders. Key Achievements / Projects Managed a $4.5 million dollar 4 level 400,000 sqft picking system for client. Successfully managed the implementation of a number of multilevel picking systems for in multiple states. These systems involved tight budgets, expedited schedules, and coordination of many suppliers, contractors, and officials. They involved closely coordinating day to day activities with the customer in order to minimize the impact on their operations. Managed numerous automated conveyance system implementation projects from design to completion for many retail and manufacturing clients.
