Lawpack is a leading supplier of solicitor approved legal products for the consumer, ranging from legal guides through to standardised forms.• Implementation and maintenance of www.lawpack.co.uk, Lawpack's primary B2C e-commerce portal and core of a white-labelling system that has rolled out e-commerce microsites to Tesco, WHSmith, the Express Group and Reader's Digest. Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our microsite partners. • Management of relationships with SEO and online marketing providers, ensuring that marketing campaigns were achieving their ROI goals.• Responsible for network infrastructure implementation, migration and expansions. Network implementation is predominantly based on the Microsoft stack of Windows Server, SQL Server and Exchange Server and leverages virtualisation (VMWare ESXi) to keep hardware, power and maintenance costs to a minimum. Additional related projects include VPN provision, backup implementation, disaster recovery planning and documentation.• Ownership of IT based operational and supporting business processes, including B2C order processes for individual consumers through mail and telephone ordering, retail customers through EDIFACT and Tradacoms EDI ordering, accounting systems, report generation and technical support.• Recruited and managed contractors and developers as required on a project-by-project basis. • Ownership of IT resourcing and buying, including relationship management of external technology suppliers.
