PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. As a project leader in project activities (Modification of TJDF, process improvement, procurement of machines, etc.) make detailed plans, coordinate and control related parties both internally and externally2. Focus to design and evaluate the Process Design and Process Flow (DPFP) and Process-Failure Mode Effect Analysis of the product manufacturing process, both new products (New Model) and those that have been mass-produced according to SQCD requirements.3. Design and prepare M-TJDF for needs related to new products (New model) and SQCD improvements.4. Prepare a sample part of the new model in accordance with the target event schedule for the new model.

Responsibilities:• Able and understand to handle more than one machine operation.• Ensuring production materials according the production plan.• Set up production equipment and machine readiness.• Control the production process.• Do Autonomous Maintenance and Minor Maintenance.• Knowing proper procedures for helper, operator to follow and ensuring that they comply.• Verify the check sheet also report the production output.

Responsibilities:• Ensure alignment of project requirements against production of related design, engineering and commissioning documentation and operating and maintenance manuals.• Prepare and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Ex: Wet Test and Dry Test.• Support engineering deliverables development through continuous communication with team members and technical status reports.• Support index status and completion daily, and update internal and external teams on progress.

Responsibilities:• Knowing proper procedures for helper, operator to follow and ensuring that they comply.• Briefing daily target to operator and helper.• Encourages team effort and supportive attitudes between operator and helper.• Ensuring production materials according the production plan.• Set up production equipment and machine readiness.• Control the production process.• Control and check the cleaning of area.
