Hired to support one of Adept's Co-founders for all things non-engineering (GTM, Product Management, Design, G&A). During my time, I also supported both Product and Research engineering due to headcount priority shifts.Adept is a research and product lab building general intelligence by enabling humans and computers to work together creatively. My team supported Tech Programs and Stripe Enablement, both of which support critical initiatives within Stripe and for our users.Tech Programs is a set of roles - Product Operations, Technical Program Management, and Program Management - that work together to deliver the highest value to Stripe users and the broader tech org, whether that be driving a top company initiative, developing tools and processes to optimize how we ship to our users, or intentionally working to build a world-class technical organization and structure.Stripe Enablement is made up of organizations like Docs, Developer Relations, Collaboration, Tech Enablement, and Central Programs, all in service of Stripe's internal and external users. They are responsible for excellent, high-quality internal and external documentation, Tech-specific onboarding/ongoing training, and tools/processes to aid in planning and delivery of company-wide initiatives.
