I take pride in my constant communication with families through ClassDojo by sharing photos, videos, and files that relate to student learning and community events.While the 20-21 school year was virtual/hybrid/virtual/in-person (in that order), I used platforms such as Seesaw, Epic!, Reading A to Z, Google Classroom, and Flipgrid to engage learners in daily lessons.My first school year (2019-2020) in Aurora Public Schools was spent as a fourth grade general education teacher. I was team lead for my grade level and led our Data Driven Instruction (DDI) meetings each week. I also took part in weekly PLC with my grade level. I had 29 students in my classroom, from a variety of backgrounds and learning capabilities.
