Investor Relations: • Launched and managed the marketing/fundraising campaign for four rounds of funding/investments representing approximately $860 million in assets, to date.• Serve as external spokesperson to investors; manage all aspects of Limited Partner relationships. Direct investor relations activities including interacting with managing directors, finance team and administrative staff to ensure flawless communication.• Selected, designed, and implemented investor web portal, decreasing the cost of reporting by 84% over the life of the Fund.• Manage all phases of annual investor meetings from concept and messaging to logistics. • Manage all limited partner communications; prepare and review quarterly and annual reports, distribution letters, bulk e-mail announcements and investment announcements.• Create firm presentations for annual meetings, advisory board meetings, fundraising events and speaking engagements; negotiate all vendor contracts; tightly managed to budget. • Perform ongoing market research to identify new prospective investors.Internal & External Communications:• Lead the development of communication strategy, objectives and messaging, together with Executive Committee. Ensure that all communications achieved consistency of “voice” across various platforms.• Design and produce content and promotional materials including website, marketing collateral, direct mail, quarterly newsletters, proposals, presentations and speaking opportunities.
