About Delia (Perez) Frosolono
Since July 2017, I have been employed with the Marion County Procurement Services Department. I have work directly with assigned departments and assist in processing payments for these departments, soliciting and creating contracts, and am currently working as a Vendor Liaison to build relationships between local businesses and the County. Previously, I worked as a Veterans Specialist within Marion County Veterans Services Office. Our office is dedicated to assisting veterans and their families determine eligibility of veterans benefits. We also assist veterans and their families with submitting claims, and communicating with the VA.Prior to working as a Veterans Specialist, I spent over two-years with the Public Safety Department as a Dispatcher. during this time, county Fire-Rescue services and the county Sheriff's Department merged to create one single county Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Marion County Public Safety is one of a handful of dual-accredited agencies throughout the world (fire and EMS); and they are currently working on becoming a handful of tri-accredited agency (to include police) through the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch (NAED). Previously, I was working as a Project Manager in the Reporting and Analysis department of EarthLink since April 2007. I returned to EarthLink, after three years working as a Project Coordinator for Web.com. With both the Project Coordinator and Project Management position, I had the opportunity to develop and perfect my skills with regards to project management with multiple stake holders, use traditional Project Management processes, chair weekly meetings with clients, and manage projects from inception to completion. The Project Management roll at EarthLink has allowed me to work in a reporting and analysis environment. Our goals with reporting were to ensure that different departments were aware of their standing with company-wide goals including call center Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Gross Sales, Gross Saves, and Merchant Opportunities.
