Construction Scheduler, Chicago OperationsPrimary responsibilities include the tracking and reporting on all project and program schedule progress, project forecasts and risk assessments for Wisconsin DOT SE Region. Review, analyze and report on initial baseline Contractor submitted schedules and succeeding monthly updated schedules. Compare monthly updates to the baseline schedule and report to WisDOT management any discrepancies or changes to the schedule and the schedules timeline.Monitor, evaluate and report on the overall project schedules, including forecasts for total time to complete, project and program milestones. Main responsibilities are to review and analyze monthly contractor progress schedules. Submit schedule analysis to WisDOT and Prime Contractors. Review analysis with consultant project leads and contractors and provide feedback for critical path and report results to WisDOT managment. Update Master Construction Schedule monthly. Train WisDOT employees on Primavera P6 application. Submit weekly and monthly summary and detailed schedule reports to mid level and senior WisDOT Management.

Project Controls, Appleton OperationsDeveloped and maintained a major clients' integrated master schedule for a $130M product upgrade. Gathered project updates from all discipline leads, client and vendors' weekly, performed schedule CPM analysis and provided reports to the project manager to resolve any schedule or resource issues identified. Delivered to both Jacobs' senior management and the client monthly Level 1 through Level 3 project reports and Near Critical schedule reports on the status of the project identifying any risks to resource or schedule issues. Consistently and accurately delivered detailed schedule analysis on project deliverables that resulted in requests for additional reports to track client's internal schedule of deliverables to the project. This resulted in first silicon wafers coming off the production line 3 weeks early enabling the company to realize a profit of up to $1M per day of extra production.

3GSM Project Management Supported the Libertyville campus of Motorola in the Mobile Devices Sector as the Applications Administrator for the Primavera TeamPlay application and developed all scheduling SOP's, Training Plans and Training Slides and conducted all training for the Primavera TeamPlay application, for all staff and employees in the Libertyville campus.Developed and maintained Hardware and Software integrated schedules from the concept phase through development to customer ship acceptance.
