As Country Sales Manager I was responsible for supporting the regional Brand Managers in increasing sales with the Skil brand (Skil DIY, Skil Masters and Skil Garden) in the following regions: Benelux, Scandinavia and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).Tasks, amongst others, consisted of:- Giving input for and coordinating the yearly Marketing Plan per country- Coming up with and approving local promotions & campaigns- Defining Skil pricing per country- Supporting local Brand Manager and Key Account Manager with a product assortment and pricing strategy per customer- Defining new potential offline and online customers per regionBetween August 2015 and March 2017 I was, next to my other responsibilities, also responsible for Skil Brand Management in the Benelux region. Responsible for international contact with key customers in Europe, Scandinavia, North America and South America regarding orders, delivery and invoicing. Other tasks include forecasting, order processing and sales/commercial tasks.

Most important tasks consist of helping to implement a new warehouse management system, adding new products in the software system (including prices, pallet loads etc.), contact with international store managers, processing store orders, processing purchase orders and checking invoices from suppliers.

I graduated in marketing management with an instore live exprimental research to the consequences of an item reduction and an increasing / broadening view for specific best sellers on sales, revenue share and conversion. I have graduated with an 8 and have been selected to the master thesis of the year 2009 award.
