I'm an information professional with a passion for program planning, community outreach, and developing and deepening the patron/library relationship. My goals and work are informed by a commitment to community and connection, social justice, and a drive to engage groups and local and small businesses in participating in those efforts.My primary focus is on adult empowerment through resumes, career search support, and community outreach. I believe that it is crucial to not only connect patrons to effective job seeking documents and tools but to show respect for what they have accomplished and provide encouragement and support throughout their search.My secondary focus is on collection development and access.
