my day-to-day responsibilities and the projects I have worked on : - Managing the schedule for both in-house and outsourced inventory, - Outsourcing inventory to the vendor with all the required files and briefs/info. - Liaise with the production & creative (both show & department teams) - Keeping shot grid updated with the latest info - Running daily scrums for creative updates on tasks - Ensuring the daily target is met & artists feel supported - Resolving tech issues for both production and creative teams - Publishing weekly departmental reports.

here are a few responsibilities I looked after : - Per request from the Production team preparing packages for RPM - Sending out inventory packages to the outsource vendors for RPM & Comp - Ingest (RPM & Comp) vendor deliveries into the pipeline for internal teams - To troubleshoot & resolve any data file issues to ensure a seamless process - Managing data flow between cross-sites as per the requirements
