Ever since I was a child I always wondered WHY? and I'd ask that to everyone on everything. I was the happiest kid when I received the toolbox I asked for one Christmas, I soon started disassembling and building back up every ornament, electronic or toy I found at home. Beyond the recurrent headaches I’d give my mom and dad, this triggered my eagerness to learn how everything works, the reason why it does in the way it is and how to fix it. I still remember the feeling of having fixed a musical jewelry box I used to have.Now I have put down my screwdrivers but grabbed my computer and applied the same thrill on my day to day leading teams to success, creating action plans and solving every issue that lands on my desk. Being surrounded by great people always makes it better!I'm working leading the LATAM and Canada IT Procurement team for Novartis.
