Sales Director tasks:- Leading, controlling, motivating, developing and teaching the sales team.- In charge of negotiations with the main media agencies (Rebates), direct clients, as well as the development of the sales policy to be implemented (Rate Cards, Special Volume Discount and New Formats). - Check margin´s sales of each campaign and company.- Setting up and leading high-level Sales Agreements with Direct Clients and Media Agencies´ decision makers in Spain both other European countries.- Managing a team of 8 people: 4 sales and 4 back up department.- Sales review weekly and monthly to develop sales goals and objectives.- Continues review of the Sales Plan, monthly and quarterly turnover.- Sales weekly reporting by differtent áreas to the Country Manager.- In charge of the revenue of the Sales Department generated by Display (cpm), Performance (cpc, cpa, cpl), Video, Ad Exchange and different RTB.- Negotiation and search technologies and technology providers external in order to improve and optimize existing Technology Resources (Sublimeskin, Adform,).- Develop internal and sales process to increase market share- New business.
