Heineken started a global cross-functional digital transformation programme to implement standardized processes and ERP systems. My main accountabilities within the Central Programme Management team were:• Maintenance and improvement of the Reference Organization designs (data model, reports and Power BI dashboards). • Responsible for the programme deployment methodology to help the implementation teams know in detail the phases of their project, deliverables, activities and who is responsible/accountable for what. • Maintain a community of subject matter experts to implement changes and improvements to the different work-streams: Project Management, Processes & Controls, Change Management & Communication, IT and Business Intelligence (BI). • Set up and lead end-to-end approach to review the operating companies after the Go Live with the new system by checking adherence to the new ways of working but also identifying areas of improvements. • Leading the identification and measurement of KPI’s to monitor compliance to the new ways of working.

FrieslandCampina started the SUMMIT programme to implement standardized cross-functional processes and a global ERP system (SAP). My role within the Insights to Improve team of the programme was:• Functional application manager of EveryAngle (a BI reporting tool for SAP) and its ETL process.• Designer, developer and manager of the Process Quality Tool, a data analytics and BI solution created to monitor compliance to process standards when the operating companies are live in the global ERP. Tool used: EveryAngle, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau and self-made script to automate the data and communication flow. • Coordinator and leader of process improvement initiatives when deficiencies were found.• Set up a process mining proof of concept with Celonis and Disco to understand how processes were executed and to identify deviations.• Advising and tutoring graduating master students doing their thesis at FrieslandCampina in collaboration with VU University Amsterdam.
