I oversee human resources for a team of 350 employees at the Museum. My role spans the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding—primarily through tenders—to personal development, promotions, and retirement. I lead HR strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to both senior and mid-level management.My key achievements include designing and implementing a successful voluntary retirement program, managing the Museum's closure during the COVID-19 pandemic, and resolving complex labor disputes. I have also enhanced operational workflows by integrating information systems for recruitment and onboarding, and established internal communication channels.
