My "About" starts with a self-description derived from a recent meeting where we were asked to characterizer our careers in a word or phrase.... In a too brief moment, I came up with "Swiss Army Knife". As is the habit with most users on LinkedIn, I could list all the skills and experience accumulated along the way. However, I'd rather share the things I enjoyed most as I was able to successfully learn, adapt and grow by taking on new roles with different challenges during my journey.As a leadera. Helping 4 of my reps win President’s Club for the first time and helping my best rep/field trainer get promoted to a Regional Sales Manager role. b. Building 3 different teams where each team improved the regional ranking over 8 years @ Teva. c. Being asked to be on numerous projects from Incentive comp to targeting to data analytics to future leader mentoring. d. Rolling up my sleeves and doing things differently like 1) Identifying key accounts in my region to develop relationships with key providers to help my rep's efforts. 2) Working closely with Market Access to identify pull-though opportunities with key payer-connected providers to boost sales. 3) Worked in a pseudo-reimbursement manager functionality to improve seamless buy and bill pull-through for key accounts.

This led to a full rebuild of Teva's Asthma Biologic division literally from the ground up! The reps who joined Teva on this crazy ride put in great effort and passion to sell Cinqair (Teva's biologic) to their customers. We all had a saying that Teva's Severe Asthma position was one of the "hardest, great jobs they've ever had and that Cinqair was one of the hardest, great product they've ever sold". What made it especially satisfying is that this group was 2nd in the division in enrollments in 2019 and 2020. The team had to unlearn selling the "traditional pharma way" and relearn how to sell consultatively. They were very coachable and supported each other in their successes. When you lead a team who's reps become coaches for each other, it's something special and that's what happened with this team. Very blessed to have had that group: 1. Regional ranking: 38 of 40 (2014), 19 of 40 (2015), 6 of 40 (2016) and 14 of 20 (2017). 2. Hired and trained 10 reps over 3 years. 2. 3 First-time President's Club winners and 1 repeat winner; 1 - 2015, 2 - 2016, 1 - 2017. 3.
