From August 2011 on I was working for Zalando Operations GmbH in their warehouse at Brieselang,Großbeeren and Marquardt in a 3-shift system.I worked in a tremendous warehouse storage (Plus Field Support for two further locations) where i made sure that every IT Equipment worked properly.- IT Support in his classic meaning- I was responsible to ensure the workflow of the entire stock from a IT point of view.- We (the Team) are responsible for over 400 employees per shift and a stock worth several millions of euros plus IT technology.- Besides securing the workflow /we exchange new clients, assemble or configure them and put them in the dedicated VLAN and their shared folders.- New devices also required the training of employees. We enforced the corporate policies towards the staff.- We used Remote Support Tools like VNC or TeamViewer.- Folder access control and rights management via Active Directory on a RMS.- I am a Konica Key User.- We used HP Thin Clients....im used to compare myself with Mac Gyver ;)
