I am a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with over 25 years of experience in tech-driven innovation and commercialization. I have co-founded and led several successful businesses, including Paddl Co., a worktech/edtech platform, paddl.com, that provides online employee upskilling programs and experiences.In addition to my executive roles, I am a non-executive director, having served on the boards of five ASX-listed companies (including three IPOs), and numerous private and public organizations, such as Australia Post, Geoscape Australia, Sydney Opera House, LaunchVic, and the Australian Council for the Arts. I am passionate about technology's positive impact on our personal and professional lives and believe that technology needs to be understood and leveraged in every endeavour. My passion project is our beautiful Sherdale Farm & Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, which we run as close to organic and regenerative principles as possible, producing the most beautiful Pinot Noir, "Sherdale", and all the joys of country life - organic Black Angus cattle, chooks, eggs, olives, fruit and vegetables.
