2nd Period in Hyderabad (India) to set up, improve and act as an operational manager in the Audit Delivery Center (> 100 FTE) in Hyderabad for Deloitte Netherlands.

Secondment in India - Setup of an audit delivery center (50 FTE) in Hyderabad that will assist the Dutch audit practice.

I grew In the international audit practice at Deloitte (Core Audit Dept.). Mainly serving large (listed) national and international clients, performing the (SOx) audits (US GAAP, Dutch GAAP and IFRS). Starting from the 1st of May 2013, I got chosen for a position in the works council of the Deloitte Netherlands (Onderdeelcomissie van de Ondernemingsraad).

During this internship, I wrote my Master Thesis:'The effects of mandatory IFRS implementation on audit fees, auditor switching and the Big-4 audit fee premium.'During the internship I was named Deloitte Intern Talent of the Year 2011.

This is a small internet company, which exploits several internet concepts; zoekbijbaan.nl and stagemotor.nl are just a few of them. I worked at the front and back office and was also responsible for the entire financial administration of the holding.
