- Team leader responsible for all of the web properties for one of the largest plaintiff law-firms in the nation. - Develops data models, pipelines, and internal analytics tools for the firm’s marketing efforts (Python, Pandas, Salesforce, PowerBI).- Designed and developed over 80 sites to support our marketing campaigns. All sites were built with WordPress (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL) and I was responsible for creating plug-ins, custom post types, and custom taxonomies.- Drafted our developer standards and guidelines for unit testing (PHPUnit, WPUnit), auditing (Phabricator), change management (Git, Differential) and bug tracking (Maniphest).- Migrated the firm’s primary site to WordPress from a proprietary CMS built with ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL Server. Wrote an app in ColdFusion to export the data from the CMS to WordPress’s WXR file format. Programmed 95% of the backend functionality and all of the plug-ins, all in PHP, to mirror that of the previous CMS. The next phase was redesigning the site for better performance, clarity, and conversions. Additional duties:- Salesforce administrator and developer with Pardot integration. Migrated the firm’s internal marketing database to Salesforce.- Marketing, PPC, and SEO analyst (AHrefs, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and other apps) for over 80 sites.- Systems administrator for multiple Linux servers including Red Hat Enterprise Linux.- Database administrator for over 80 MySQL databases.

- Led an awesome team of almost 20 developers, writers, public relations specialists, videographers / photographers, and graphic designers.- Generated millions of dollars more in revenue than all previous directors combined, with over a thousand matters still pending, while reducing non-personnel budget by almost 80%.- First and only director to achieve the firm’s “moon shot” goals for Personal Injury and Product Liability leads.- Created an organic-first strategy to replace the existing pay-per-click (PPC) first strategy.

- Designed and developed a prototype application for online enrollment at Faulkner University. Built in ColdFusion using multiple frameworks such as Coldbox, Coldspring, Transfer ORM, and jQuery, the prototype served as the model for the final product. - Designed and developed an application to allow students to easily create their Exchange mailbox, Active Directory account, and network folder with the appropriate permissions and attributes. Originally written for Exchange 2000 using ColdFusion, SQL Server, and various Microsoft utility programs, it was rebuilt for Exchange 2007 using ColdFusion, SQL Server, and Powershell. - Designed and developed several applications to allow for various event registrations and payments. One of the applications was developed to allow the University’s faculty to submit proposals for new programs, courses, and policies as well as allow the Curriculum Committee to approve and vote on the proposals.- Drafted our coding standards for ColdFusion, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, ActionScript, Java and CSS. Also drafted standards for Subversion, automated builds and unit testing. Implemented Trac as our issue tracking and documentation tool. Developed all build scripts using Ant. Developed initial unit tests for ColdFusion using CFUnit and cfcUnit, later migrated to MXUnit. - Recommended and implemented Mediawiki for the University’s reaccreditation efforts. A solution was needed to allow for more control and flexibility than their current content management system, ActiveCampus, and separate from the University’s site. Mediawiki was chosen because of its short learning curve and proven stability.
