Hired, organized and managed a team of up to 180 people in six European countries. Raised about US$50 million in two different private equity rounds of investment from private and institutional investors and through the IPO on the Italian Nuovo Mercato in October 2000. Completed three acquisitions in France, UK and US.Vitaminic was established as the leading European company in the digital music distribution in Europe. Legally licensed rights to distribute digitally a catalogue of around 500.000 digital music tracks, coming from around 1.500 record labels worldwide including BMG, Sony Music, Warner Music, EMI and Universal Music. Also through the Iuma acquisition, Vitaminic established itself as the second largest online artist community worldwide.Completed the reverse takeover with Buongiorno SpA.

Started operations of Lycos Europe with a team of a dozen people, with the objective of setting up and running operations in Italy. Built from scratch sales, marketing and content operations, reporting to the Head of international operations and business development.Completed several strategic agreements on the sales, co-marketing and content side with local companies such as Espresso, Manzoni, Mondadori, Il Sole 24 Ore, RAI, Tiscali.

Defined and led all sales, marketing and communication activities from product development to advertising and public relations. Developed both direct (online, inbound and outbound call center) and indirect sales channels (bundling agreements, computer shops and retail chains). Established Italia Online as the second largest ISP in Italy after Telecom Italia.
