Responsible for the changing rooms and fitness areas for the players of Roland Garros 2021 at the training center: - opening of the site (delivery of consumables, preparation of the areas, briefing and daily planning)- responding to players' requests- coordination between the different services on site- debriefing and reporting on the mission

In the VIP areas of the arrival village: - setting up reception and entertainment facilities - partner relations: orientation, reception and care of guests- raising awareness and enforcement of the rules relating to Covid-19 among the teams and the public

For the French Football Federation: Preparation, coordination and operational implementation of projects related to animations and show parts for French football team matches (men's, women's and youth teams). - Forecourt: definition of plans for the implementation of animations, implementation of activations for partners, management of service providers, production of deliverables, briefings to the teams. - Arena: production and writing of the speaker scripts and run sheets, definition of the musical atmosphere, production of giant screen visuals, definition and implementation of the pre-match ceremony, coordination of the activations, floor management. For the PMU: Brand activation project management for "Le Petit Poucet PMU"'s operations for the French Football Cup in 1/32, 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 finals in points of sale and stadiums. Covid-19: - Installation of sanitary facilities (signage, floor marking) linked to the covid for the 2020 French Cup final - Benchmarking of activations and search for solutions for forecourt and arena events during and after the sanitary crisis.

- Organisation of the SBChallenge, student competition for sport innovation: scoring of applications, relations with our partner Sopra Steria Consulting and contact with personalities from the world of sport. - Organisation of the SBTour: presentation of the SBChallenge in business, engineering and sports schools. Contact with schools, canvassing for goodies and partners (CityScoot, Pumpkin), management of the communication strategy and presentations in schools. - Management of the European Futsal Pro Cup: first edition of an international futsal tournament. Management of the event part of the project: organisation of the youth and inter-company weekend tournaments, relationship with a professional team and responsible for the VIP area during the weekend of the event.
