This includes scheduling software, reporting development and visualization software, some statistical software, and the suite of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc.)

+ Operations Manager of contract for the Vermont All-Payers Claim Data– warehoused in AWS) data aggregation vendor to ensure security, accessibility, data validation, integrity and compliance+ Provide robust descriptive and inferential analyses to support regulatory and policy decisions associated with healthcare reform efforts, with specific focus on the All-Payer ACO Model implemented by the State of Vermont.+ Coordinate and manage database development with State resources, insurance providers and outside vendors to provide comprehensive data sources used in analyses. This includes, but is not limited to, claims data (Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers), hospital discharge data and hospital budget data.+ Provide technical review and guidance for studies developed by both state and non-state entities using Vermont healthcare data+ Technical advisor to the Green Mt Care Board Data Governance Council which develops state policies, rules and procedures associated with data lifecycle management including data collection, privacy, security and data use+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other state agencies to leverage and synthesize disparate data sources that support reporting and research projects. This includes the design and production of periodic, standardized reports and data frames using relational databases across platforms from multiple data sources+ Lead and manage data team members in the development and maintenance of custom-built interactive visualizations and dashboards of healthcare demographics and statistics for use and access by the state legislature and the public. + Provide testimony, statistical and technical analysis at public hearings associated with data use, management and integrity to the State of Vermont Legislative Bodies+ Technical lead for the Green Mt Care Board's Data Users Group, the steward of medical claims and hospital discharge data sets and associated relational databases
