• As the lone ambassador of PS&E’s retail promotions in the field, I was responsible for gathering performance feedback from store-level employees for communication to PS&E sponsorship executives. Subsequently, I would work with each partner to conceptualize new ideas to increase the effectiveness of their promotions by increasing equity for participating locations and participating vendors.• Oversaw the execution of various in-store retail promotions involving PS&E properties throughout the state of Michigan and northwest Ohio, creating analytic measures to track performance and generate real-time feedback internally and with corporate partners and vendors.• Was the project manager over the implementation of materials for each participating store in the territory (100+ Meijer locations, 150+ Walgreens locations, 200+ Rite Aid locations, 250+ Spartan affiliate locations, etc.) including design and delivery of materials.• Directed the planning and execution of in-store player appearances as part of the PS&E/Meijer partnership, establishing event dates, locations and players involved between PS&E and the client. I served as the planner and lead contact on-site for more than 40 events.
