I am an engineering manager and software developer with over 10 years of experience in financial service organisations.As engineering manager, I am currently responsible for a small number of internal teams at Capital On Tap, with responsibility for a wide range of internal projects, as well as driving forward improvements to the overall health of our systems. I directly manage tech leads and team leads, with a focus on fostering a friendly and inclusive environment to work in.In my role as software engineer, I work mostly with .Net, as well as Python and SQL, with a bit of MongoDB and Javascript as well.
