As a tour guide and coach operator I was responsible for developing engaging, entertaining and informative tours for San Francisco, Yosemite, Monterey, Muir Woods, and Wine Country. While giving the tours, and driving the coach, I was also responsible for providing customer service for the tourists where I had to keep in mind differences in cultural, language, and ability. This occasionally included small VIP tours that provided their own unique challenges.
