I am currently looking into changing carrier paths to a larger company with long term intentions to provide stability in raising my family. I have had a lot of experience in training employees and supervision working for Associated Cleaning Services. Within six months of employment I was promoted to a supervisory position and later on to management. I've trained and supervised many employees on varies industry skills, such as janitorial, window washing, pressure washing, resilient floor maintenance and carpet cleaning. I've also trained employees on work place safety as well as led and conducted safety meetings for OSHA compliance. I do well under pressure and enjoy working hard to insure the job is done right. I've proven this on multiple occasions when we've had large resilient floor projects that are several hours away from our base of operations as well as under time constraints. I use the time I have wisely to do it right the first time as it is costly to the company to come back a second time.
