My journey began at the age of 16 when I took my first steps into the realms of technology and marketing. Since then, I have gained solid experience in digital marketing, branding, digital strategies, SEO, SEM, e-commerce, and design. During this time, I expanded my knowledge in design and marketing, working on the creation of banners, catalogs, hotsites, online and offline campaigns, illustrations, and email marketing, as well as developing visual identities for e-commerce.As a Senior Designer at Grupo Linx, I had the opportunity to overhaul the visual identity of e-commerce brands such as Crocs, Osklen, Track&Field, and Le Lis Blanc. Always focusing on consumer engagement and conversion, during this period, I also led the training of new designers and managed communication with internal and external clients.I took on the role of CEO at Hermon / DG and more recently at DDM Agency - Digital Marketing, where I have been driving businesses of all sizes to achieve their growth goals through effective advertising and marketing, both online and offline. My strategic approach includes KPI management, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and segmented marketing campaign planning, always aiming for brand strengthening and increased ROI.Furthermore, at GSM Brazil, I managed all e-commerce and digital marketing activities, leading diverse teams and being responsible for a significant revenue and customer base expansion for the company.
