• Leading the PMO team responsible for Hitachi Cloud Accelerator Platform (HCAP), helping clients to fast-track cloud adoption. Collaborating with all stakeholders at each level of the Project Management & Software Development Life Cycle to transform the way we prioritize, scope, test and deliver features.

• Led the first major successful Cloud Migration effort for the Joint Department of Defense (DoD) Command. Coordinated three different technical Development Teams to include: o Rehosted legacy on-premise applications of various architectures to new platforms in AWS (e.g., SPARC to Linux) o Refactored legacy applications to use modern AWS managed services and serverless functionality o Redeveloped legacy applications from old software and database architectures to be cloud native on AWS

Engaged with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e., prospects, market development leaders, domain experts, potential users of our emerging products, etc.) to distill the key ideas exchanged amongst these parties, and organize these critical abstractions into documentation that will help ensure our product specifications, product development roadmap, and the process for fulfilling that roadmap are well-understood across all stakeholders.
