- Receive, type, and fulfill up to 200 prescriptions daily- Complete sales for pharmacy prescriptions while upholding outstanding customer service- Responds to pharmacy services and policy questions, handling up to 30 calls a day- Deescalate situations between patients and other staff whether in person or through phone- Prepare claims and bill insurances for each prescription processed- Manage several tasks at once which are ordered based on priority and promised times- Prepare prescriptions for delivery in a timely manner before pickup time through courier services- Demonstrate proficiency in the pharmacy computer system, Intercom Plus- Adapt to new changes brought on by the company, such as new quotas and goals- Keep full and precise inventory of all medications biannually
