In this role, I was responsible for the company P&L, IT and HR, running our restaurant practice and development of new client opportunities. While at Franchise Dynamics, I led over 30 sales professionals selling multi-unit franchise agreements and played an integral part in the early development of award-winning businesses such as Newk's Eatery, Mama Fu's, Skyzone, 101 Mobility, Office Evolution, First Watch, YO! Sushi and Brixx Pizza.From 2015-2019, I joined First Watch, where I served as our Vice President - Corporate Real Estate and Franchising. We developed 50+new restaurants per year (mostly corporate) while growing a world class franchise program with great franchise partners.Then, I worked with the investment team at Hargett Hunter to identify and evaluate restaurant concepts for growth their growth potential, then turn to focus on helping our portfolio companies grow into the next phase of their life cycle through our consistent, replicable real estate and/or franchise processes.
