- Some of my key responsibilities included:- I worked closely with the CAD team to ensure that the HEV propulsion system, ensuring that all components were packaged efficiently and effectively into the vehicle platform- I coordinated with other teams, including the vehicle body, chassis, and electro electronic, controls, experimentation, and prototype construction center, to make sure the system was integrated efficiently and meeting the project goals- I oversaw the debugging and calibration activities, ensuring the system was functioning and minimum drivability targets were met while documenting lessons learned- I worked with the experimentation team to develop instrumentation and testing plans and ensure vehicle performances were met

- Worked in accessing polymeric wheel technology by developing a 1D longitudinal dynamic simulation model to estimate the braking kinetic energy during downhill maneuvers, estimating the heat generation between brakes and wheels using C.F.D., and performing mechanical F.E.A. analysis to evaluate the wheel strength- Responsible for performing 1D longitudinal dynamic simulations to estimate electrified vehicles' performance, energy/fuel consumption, and electric range. I worked in architecting and sizing the electric motor and multi-speed transmission of an electric station wagon developed for a commercial fleet of 150 cars.
