We designed and built payment assurance including anti fraud & ID theft prevention for financial service companies.Sectors covered include, gaming industry, contact call centers, payment processors, on-line merchants in high risk categories and card issuing banks. Underpinning the technology was voice based payment verification systems for the the remittance industry removing agent / back office fraud exposure to the client / customer side.

We designed and built high energetic plasma fuel system for Class 5 and up, diesel engines including standing generators. Utilised carbon neutral fuels without any need for engine modification. Attained sustained fuel efficiency increase of 27%. Emissions were greatly reduced including engine wear and oil consumption. Of greatest use was application on standing engines / large diesel engine generators reducing fuel consumption, engine wear and emissions. The system completely removed NOX from the combustion process.

We developed a VOIP platform for mobile phones. Calls could then be made across any mobile network for the price of a land line call without the requirement for a smart phone or a data package. Majority of network operators block VOIP calls which our service overcame. We developed and integrated secure money transfer into the platform.Platform included real time currency conversion between parties.

We developed a directory enquiry service for mobile network operators across an SMS platform. This platform predated google searches and smartphones. By geolocating a mobile phone and overlaying business and private addresses on a spatial map, the system was able to move out in concentric circles to build up a model of addresses and services surrounding the phone user, providing contact information and distance to the locations. This information was returned in a smart SMS text that allowed for requiring and greater information on specific listings.David wrote and secured Irish and European telecommunications patents underpinning this technology.
