I am an operations and strategy executive with a strong track record of delivering results and developing talent in the process. My career started at The Home Depot in the Business Leadership Program and then I was promoted into Strategic Business Development. After business school, I had the privilege of working for Arthur Blank for six years at his family office. Together, we built an award-winning healthcare business, which was successfully sold to a public company. More recently, I served as the Chief Operating Officer of the City of Atlanta and the Chief of Staff for the President of Emory University.In late 2019, I was offered the privilege of joining the Senior Leadership Team at Jabian Consulting as Executive Director. In early 2021, the Founding Partners invited me to accept a promotion to become Office Executive Director - Atlanta Office Lead. In our 17 years of service, this is the first time a non-founder has held this leadership role for our flagship office. In 2022, I was honored to be invited to become one of our firm's first two Principals. Jabian is an award winning management and technology consultancy with offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas and Houston. The City of Atlanta has an annual budget exceeding $2B and has over 8,500 dedicated employees.Here are several highlights that we accomplished during my tenure:• We reached record cash reserves exceeding $200 million and a AA+ rating across all three major agencies (the city’s highest rating in 40 years)• We completed the largest city expansion since Buckhead in 1952, by annexing Emory University, the CDC, and Children’s Healthcare-Egleston• We executed a new 20-year Lease and Use Agreement with numerous airlines leading to $6 billion of new investments at Hartsfield-Jackson• We sold Underground Atlanta bringing in millions of dollars to the city on an asset that was losing millions of dollars annually• We reduced overall crime by an additional 11 percent, improved Atlanta Fire and Rescue response times, and implemented a new transport initiative between the Department of Corrections and the Atlanta Police Department that created well over 7,000 hours for additional crime prevention and response• We had an 80 percent reduction in systems downtime and implemented Smart City technologies• We built strong relationships across the region to improve interoperability.
