London based Chartered Surveyor, with experience in the UK, Hong Kong and China. Diligent and analytical, responsible for the asset management of the Lewis Craig client property investment portfolio. Also responsible for advising clients on rent reviews and lease renewals in the retail and restaurant sectors.

This role involves executing valuations of all key property types in different stages of development, in countries including Hong Kong, China and Mongolia, for acquisition, disposal, financing and annual reporting.I am responsible for managing portfolio valuation assignments across Hong Kong, China and Mongolia, involving coordination, management and guidance of teams through the valuation process, providing advice and quality control, and ensuring timely execution of deadlines.I lead teams through and personally conduct valuations of en-bloc office, retail and industrial buildings with GFA as large as 270,000 sqm, and values ranging as high as £500m for domestic and international enterprises.Alongside valuation, I also provide advice to property owners regarding redevelopment opportunities and value creation. This involves such aspects as redevelopment value advice, analysis of and guidance on permissible usages, assessment of various project scenarios and project profitability evaluation.In addition to work within China, Hong Kong and Mongolia, I also coordinate and review cross-border valuations of assets in Europe, North America, East and Southeast Asia, and Australia.
