This involves such aspects as redevelopment value advice, analysis of and guidance on permissible usages, assessment of various project scenarios and project profitability evaluation.In addition to work within China, Hong Kong and Mongolia, I also coordinate and review cross-border valuations of assets in Europe, North America, East and Southeast Asia, and Australia.
