✏MY EXPERTISE: Since 2008, I have developed training programs and engaging eLearning courses that met program outcomes. I have extensive experience in designing scalable learning solutions, including online, virtual classroom training, and instructor-led training commensurate with best practices for online learning. I have expertise in designing training blueprints, learning solutions, performance targets, infographics, and participant guides. ✏METHODS: I design learning programs based on the companies learning goals and the target audience. I conduct a need analysis of the learner and the company’s learning goals to identify knowledge gaps. I address knowledge gaps by applying Bloom’s Taxonomy to develop performance targets consistent with the company’s learning goals. I develop performance indicators and assessments to evaluate the learner’s mastery of the companies learning goals. I developed learner-centric eLearning courses that include videos, case studies, and scenario-based learning experiences. ✏RESULTS: As a result of my efforts, 100 percent of program completers from 2012 – 2018 were placed and worked in their respective fields. I received exemplary program participant and supervisor evaluations for developing eLearning courses that included interactive content, videos, simulations, case studies, and scenario-based training. I developed and managed a training program that maintained accreditation for seven consecutive years.
