Casa Boldt Consulting is an Indigenous owned and operated community consulting firm specializing in land use and development planning, economic development, and land and project management. Combining our public and private sector experience with our familiarity with various local provincial and federal funding programs, Casa Boldt is able to support small to medium sized municipalities and indigenous communities as they adapt, grow and innovate.

A Community Planner who works collaboratively with First Nations, municipalities, senior government and private sector industries on community initiatives that help to create vibrant communities. This work is supported by Urban Systems inter-disciplinary team of professionals who put their hearts and souls into helping communities thrive within four key elements: People, Places, Environment, and Economy. Our interdisciplinary team is able to seamlessly execute every phase of a project from concept to construction.Project work includes Future Growth Studies and Scenario analysis, Land-Use Planning, Official Community Plans and Zoning Bylaw development, Community Development Plans, Economic Development studies, Land Development Guidance, Development Cost Charge and Asset Management programs, Area Structure Plan/Concept Plan development, and various other planning and engineering initiatives.

I am a proud member of Carry the Kettle First Nation (CTK) and currently serve as the Chairman of the Board for Nakoda Development Corporation (NDC). NDC is a First Nation-owned Economic Development Corporation that separates CTK's politics from economic development and business ventures. We are focused on creating partnerships and businesses that will generate wealth creation for NDC and CTK and are actively exploring various industries to engage in meaningful and productive enterprise.

• Land Use Planner working with proponents to understand and navigate through the rezoning, and subdivision process.• Meet with prospective develpers to ready their proposal for submission.• Review submissions to Ensure proposals are consistent with and address the requirements set forth in the Zoning Bylaw, Offical Community Plan, and other planning documents.• Plan, Coordinate, and Facilitate Public Consultation events.• Formulate and Review updated and new Land Use Policy• Comprehensive understanding of the current best practices in land use, including Transit-Oriented Development, Complete Streets, Form-Based Codes & Zoning Bylaws.• Liaise & co-ordinate between departments, corporations, &community stakeholders.• Work with other Departments & external groups to identify & facilitate development needs in Saskatoon. • Ensure ongoing Corporate Goals & Objectives are maintained.• Effective file management & associated scheduling to ensure seamless application processing.• Report to City Council in relation to proposaed developments in Saskatoon.• Proficient in providing effective customer service• Neighbourhood Planning & Neighbourhood Safety Professional• Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Certified Planner• Track, Record & Implement neighbourhood derived recommendations prescribed through the Local Area Plannning Process• Develop planning information regarding housing, development & demographic data in support of LAP initiatives, while coordinating the production of mapping products & data analysis in support of LAP issues.• Track, Record, & Implement recommendations prescribed through Neighbourhood Safety reports that are based on CPTED principles.• Provide technical & administrative support to the CPTED Working Group, in the form of professional & community education through a variety of formats such as seminars, workshops, & a safety fair.• Draft & review new policies & procedures in relation to Planning

Managed and carried out the construction of a variety of facilities and projects across Canada. Projects varied in technicality, from a Logistics loading and storage facility to Pipeline construction and testing.

General Contracting including residential, commercial and industrial construction. Primarily operated in Saskatchewan, but also worked in a variety of Cities in Western Canada.
