David joined SoftwareONE as Cloud Platforms and Productivity Suites were gaining momentum. Organizationally, we needed a way to help our customers optimize their Cloud solutions to realize the full value of their investment. As a Global Product Manager and Cloud Leader, David started with breaking this up in to two parts – listening to customers and understanding how we deliver our software and services business. Coming from a newly acquired business (PointBridge), Perficient had smaller Microsoft practice with no cloud experience. David had the opportunity to: • Define, build, and lead our Microsoft Cloud professional services business• Design and develop Microsoft Cloud Computing solutions • Drive our Microsoft Cloud business, which was centered around Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and EMS• Commonly worked in the most complex business environments, both with C-Level and technical business leaders, to provide thought leadership for strategic business mapping, integration, and migration planning to cloud solutions
