Responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support. Duties include: acting as primary liaison between Non- Profit Agencies and bank, answering questions and solving problems involving all bank departments;making customer calls with relationship managers; ensuring proper booking and maintenance of loans; tracking and monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis for compliance, position, documentation exceptions, maintenance of files and reports; preparing financial and profitability reports and loan reports; producing and maintaining tickler report and default reports; participating in special projects relating to product conversions and new product development. Provide assistance to lower level staff.

Responsible for ordering, reviewing, renewing and maintaining loan disbursements and payoffs. Functions include: reviewing loan documentation terms and conditions; monitoring loan draw requests; coordinating loan disbursements, payoffs and demands; reviewing completed disbursement audits; reviewing loan reconciliations; reviewing reports from lower level specialists; ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Within the commercial business is responsible for cash management transactions, intake activities and collateral management. OR Provides work direction to a team of Loan Servicing Specialists, ensuring units work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities. Acts as an escalation point for specialists to resolve issues and provide training. Responsible for providing work direction to a Home Preservation Underwriting team. Ensures the unit's work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily team activities. Duties may include: Reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals. Monitoring work in progress making adjustments as needed; Giving feedback and training to staff; Providing input to supervisors on staff performance, absences, tardiness and scheduling issues; Representing the business unit at meetings. Responsible for completing moderately complex to complex work. Works under minimum supervision and may manage an assigned group/portfolio of loans Responsible for direct customer contact - including escalated calls Maintain applicable compliance conformity as it relates to data integrity and risk management.

- Originate high quality loans which meet WHFM guidelines while providing excellent customer service - Develop relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources - Develop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements - Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions - Inform prospective and existing customers of WFHM programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures - Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk - Receive customer applications, quote the rate and points, and complete follow-up activities with the registration lock-in - Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for WFHM in the marketplace - Perform miscellaneous duties as needed and required

Responsible for generating new business for Banking division either by contacting customers that were at a high risk of leaving portfolio or assist customers that called in asking for assistance understanding their loan or getting a new product. Originated modifications, purchase loans, refinances and/or equity lines of credit. Trained new loan officers on policies and procedures and how to meet company profitability goal.

Assisted with the launch of SBC and AT&T internet services in the San Antonio Region. I was tasked with visiting multiple retail anchor chains and introducing the product to customers and set up new accounts. Also, set up promotional material in smaller strip centers that had no vendor traffic to relay this information to the public.
