Dimitris is currently the Chief Information Officer for ICAP CRIF. He has an extensive background in Information Technology and has work experience of over 35 years in the Greek Market in the areas of Systems Architecture and Integration, Software Development, Professional Services, Managed Services, Communications and Internet Services. He began his career at Intrasoft S.A, which with his contribution as a founding member, it became the largest Integration and Software Development Company in Greece. He then joined in successive order, Compaq as Country Professional Services Manager; Hellas OnLine S.A, the second largest Internet Services Provider in Greece, as IT Director; and UniSystems S.A, which is currently one of the largest Integrators in Greece, as General Professional Services and Technical Manager. Over the years of his career he contributed as either Project Manager or Head Director in the development of Large Scale projects for the Greek Public and Private sector such DIAS Card Inter-Banking System, Lotto/Totto Systems for the Greek Organization of Football Prognostics, and the development of PROFITS, an Integrated Banking System, which has proven in Greece to be one of, if not the most advanced, Banking System successfully installed in both Greek and International Markets. Dimitris earned his BS in Computer Science and Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering both from the University of Toledo, USA.
