Develop strategic direction and plan for the Materials Management and Warehousing organization and provide performance and risk reporting to enable effective delivery of activity for the Upstream business.

• Develop Subsea Wellhead Category Management Plan defining the planned activities, resources, demand, risks, and mitigation within the category• Execute and manage global agreements with major subsea hardware suppliers by leading RFP multi-functional evaluation teams, supplier negotiations, and ongoing supplier management activities• Source and manage subsea hardware equipment and aftermarket services contracts for major capital projects and exploration/appraisal activities with extensive engagement of cross operating function, regional teams• Lead development and operationalization of cross operating function category standardization sourcing strategy

• Develop subsea hardware demand forecast and contracts and procurement planning processes for effective supplier management across multiple subsea hardware categories• Project managed evaluation, development, deployment and training of PSCM sourcing and contract management systems• Sourced, contract execution and management of contingent labor resources

• Developed KPI management reports and coached analysts on system usage for a newly centralized PSCM function• Supported strategic sourcing events through demand planning and spend analytics of aviation, maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), pipeline integrity categories

• Developed and implementated procurement portfolios for raw material feedstock (olefins, aromatics, rubber chemicals, industrial gases, energy, packaging,) capital projects, MRO, for polymer production operations• Developed and implemented supply/demand analyses, should-cost models, contract and inflation indexation, contribution margin enhancement• Developed, codified and deployed processes and procedures for raw material procurement, materials management, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics (pipeline, barge, rail, truck)

• Lead the procurement strategy development, competitive benchmarking, sourcing events, and post-award contract management for the supply of petrochemical raw material feedstock and MRO for six synthetic elastomer manufacturing sites
