As the Youth Programs Director at Wilderness Torah I build programs, manage staff, deliver content and play a key leadership role in the organization at large. I currently oversee our Sunday school in the woods for ages K-5 (B'hootz), our middle school coming of age program (B'naiture), our teen wilderness trips (Neshama Quest) and family programming at our intergenerational festivals (ie Passover in the Desert). I manage 1 full time staff and a diverse program team, develop curriculum for all our programs, run immersive trainings, create and run parent programs, build relationships with partner organizations and support with many aspects of the organization (marketing, development, logistics, etc.).
