With over a decade of work experience in social services, I am a passionate and data-driven Program Evaluator at the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (LACLJ), a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services to low-income survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation and multiple certifications in database programming, nonprofit data science, substance abuse prevention, addiction counseling, and addiction recovery. I also have a background working as a Psychiatric Social Worker, a Grant Writer, and a Therapist at various public and private agencies in Los Angeles County. My core competencies include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, designing and implementing evaluation tools and methods, analyzing and reporting data, developing and managing grants, providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive services, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners. My mission is to use my skills and expertise to improve the quality and impact of the programs and services I'm associated with and advocate for the rights and well-being of our clients and communities. I am also committed to advancing social justice, equity, and innovation in the nonprofit sector and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
